Explainer Video - 2D and 3D

We created an explainer video animation for Sensorberg – a project aimed primarily at self-storage facility owners who, thanks to Sensorberg's solutions, can regain control over their business, save time, and implement full facility automation.

Sensorberg's access control system eliminates the need for traditional keys, offering 24/7 access via smartphone, remote management, and integration with existing systems.

With smart locks and a central platform, operators reduce personnel costs while their clients gain convenient and secure access to their storage units at any time – without physical staff presence.

Project outline

The animation was meant to become a universal "business card" for Sensorberg – a tool used on their website, social media, and at industry trade shows. The main challenge was translating a broad, technical topic into simple visual language, understandable both for experienced operators and those just entering the industry. Above all – time was of the essence. An upcoming trade show was the critical deadline by which the client needed the finished animation.

An additional goal was creating a narrative that not only explains "how it works" but shows real value: time savings, cost reduction, and increased security.

Stylistics and Concept

We decided to combine 3D graphics stylized as 2D with frame-by-frame character animation. Textures, noise, and shadows give the whole piece a unique, "tactile" character. Bright color palette contrasts with pronounced shadows, adding depth without overwhelming viewers with details.

The narration is light and universal, without unnecessary technical jargon. We wanted to tell a story audiences could relate to – chaos with keys, 24/7 management, lack of time. This emotional anchoring makes Sensorberg the answer to specific business problems.

The end result

The result is an explainer video that exceeded the client's expectations. We rose to the challenge and went a step further, delivering a complete story that engages and convinces.

Thanks to close collaboration with the client's team, we conducted quick brainstorming sessions and responded to feedback lightning-fast. The entire process – from concept to final renders – was completed at express speed.

The animation has a unique visual character and most importantly – it fulfills the client's goal: it's a sales tool that works.
